Rice Dumpling... Take #2...

Oooohhhhhhhh... my mum's bak changs are the BEST!


Last Sunday, my mum & grandma combined powress to make 180 rice dumplings at one go.

Rice Dumpling... Take #1...

This is the first rice dumpling (bak chang) I had... made by "xi-emm"...
When there's a first, there'll be second, third, fourth,...,
Will lose count eventually...
*(死了，肥肥了)*


是红豆肉粽 (Red beans + glutinous rice)


看看里头有什么...
(Stuffings include mushroom, chestnut, pork, radish(?)...)
Wah, lots of stuffings (less glutinous rice)... gd!


VERDICT
This should be the modified nonya sweet type of rice dumpling. It's nice with lots of stuffings but the pepper is a little on the extra side (which I think not many people like that) but I feel it's okay. Not bad. =)
