On the morning of Xi's wedding... (last last Sunday)
(in case you are wondering, it's not my wedding... it's my sis's wedding).
The sky was pitch dark when the 4 jie-meis, MUA, and photographer arrived. It couldn't really be earlier... it's already too early. Imagine some having to wake as early as 4am. Aiyo. In order to adhere to the auspicious hours given by the fengshui master, the jie-mei really had to work within the tight time span of about 35-40mins. Hmm, 4 jie-meis vs 4 bros... interesting :)
10 questions were prepared beforehand. The trick is to include questions which the groom would not know. haha... and for each wrong answer...
To make three masterpieces for the bride
(Frankly, there wasn't enuf time... else they probably couldn't get away with the don't-know-look-like-what pieces... haha)
Using their butts to write "I ♥ YOU"
Wait till the video is ready... this part is really funnie!
... with additional exaggerated performance by the groom... haha!
Which jie mei would be so nice to offer kaya or peanut butter biscuits right?
It's of course the famous yucky wasabi + peanut butter biscuits.
Hmm, maybe I should check back on the video to see if there's any footage of one bro scrapping off the wasabi without anybody's knowledge... ;p
Then there's a capful of honey (btw, we don't believe in bitter or sour stuff on a happy occasion).
Of course, not forgetting the red packet...
They also made the groom sing... and, guess what... it's "老鼠爱大米"
(no pics...)
Really, the groom and 4 brothers were so sporting and prompt in executing the tasks.
First door cleared... on to the next...
Is the card nice? Drew & made an one-and-only card specially for Picarchew & Xi.
Heh heh, the mickey-minnie theme is in-line with that of the poster and montage as well.
The jie-mei made him write his name, IC, five vows and got my dad to sign as a witness... haha ;p
