Name confusion & "Retreat"...

Me: "Harlow..."
Xi: "Eh, where are you now? Very hungry already... quick..."
Me: "Reach Rivervale Mall liao. Just found a parking lot..."
Xi: "What Rivervale Mall? NOT Rivervale Mall, it's Rivervale Plaza..."
Me: "Huh? Plaza uh? Wait... (quickly flipped the road directory again)... shit, really have...
So confusing... just now Xi only said Plaza once (I couldn't remember, that's what she said) but emphasised only on Rivervale a number of times and I only remembered Rivervale... and when I checked the road directory, I just went to the whatever Rivervale that I first saw.

Today I "retreat" to Xi's place... and just accidentally messed up their extension cord and 3-pin adapter when I plugged in my laptop. Power tripped. Oops... their plasma tv went off... 吓到我半死(plasma tv and laptop aren't cheap stuff). Actually, it's not entirely my fault also right? kekek... Anyway, nothing much happened except that the extension cord and 3-pin adapter needed replacement.

Tonight, we are having a little fun. Will cook our own dinner - previously we were always lazy (ordered Canadian pizza). I will make Jap curry, Xi will prepare steamed fish and fried vege, Picarchew will cook drunken prawns... plus one don't-know-what soup. You should see the way we buy giant fresh prawns at the wet market. So comical. Only Picarchew can execute such task... "Uncle, these prawns how much...", and went on to say "we only want 10". hahaha... $6... hmm, so expensive one meh? (I think all along most of us only know how to eat... didn't really do the wet market shopping). We also bought lots of tidbits. Also got a bottle of 7-up (picarchew will supply vodka to make vodka lime and debated whether to buy lime or lemon)... and bought both (lime to add to the vodka, lemon to "suck" - correct or not?). And we laughed over how I got the lemon FOC unknowingly. All these are for our karaoke session tonight... xi xi will help to serve us these drinks and tidbits (kekek) cos she's still nursing a coarsed voice (haven't recover from cough) - just nice.
