Sushi making...

This time round, I remembered to take photos (using my cool SE K750i of course)…

Mixing in the rice vinegar.
“Eh, don’t disturb me. Go and cut up the avocado and cucumber…”

Bad news. Avocado unripe.
No one to blame cos’ it’s a case of the blind leading the blind during the purchase.
“This looks good…”
“Yup, take it…”
Lesson learnt: 厉害就好，不要假厉害.
Should have checked the Internet on how to choose avocado first.

See my first attempt at making the jellyfish fried beancurd sushi (kurage inari zushi).
My hands are dirty… else you should have seen someone’s negative demonstration.
(Imagine stuffing it with lots of rice to the brim until fat fat… and adding only a few strands of jellyfish) LOL

And many sushi… still uncut…
