Xi is so fed-up with her new lady (it's a SHE) boss who's Slow, Inefficient, Dumb*, and Extra (SIDE)... she is called the SHE-SIDE BOSS (if the word "suicide" comes to your mind, u r damned smart, if the phrase "She-is-like-Sai**" comes to your mind, u r a genious). Xi is currently sending out resume & CV to get out of the hell that her SHE-SIDE Boss has created.
Note: *Dumb means (i) lacking intelligence (or stupid), and (ii) unable to speak. Both meanings also apply.**

Why Slow & Dumb?
The problem with job-rotation is that someone who's not up-to-the-mark may be rotated to a department where he/she cannot handle. This SHE-SIDE Boss is very slow at picking up the background knowledge and technicalities (and she made it worse by not taking down notes because she had a superb lousy memory).
Why Inefficient & Dumb?Sometimes the wrong usage of technology can be detrimental. This SHE-SIDE Boss definitely loves sending, replying and forwarding emails. Guess what... her subordinates are just sitted less than 10 steps away (much much closer than the toilet) and she had to send emails to ask for everything (updates, status, etc... including little things, repeated information, etc)... So will future discussion will be email-based too???
And do you know how SHE-SIDE Boss allocate work? She just placed the work (papers, info, etc) on her subordinates' desk with small notes of "Please follow up. Thanks!" etc...
What the hack? No conversation between staff? How to function?
Why Extra & Dumb?Oh btw, SHE-SIDE Boss is famous for forwarding emails or receiving emails without really going through its contents. This has indirectly created extra work for her subordinates.
For example: SHE-SIDE Boss asked Subordinate A to work on something related to Department X. Then she forgot about it (didn't bother to check) and when Department X requested for some changes, she asked Subordinate B to follow up. So both Subordinate A and B work on the same thing unknowingly. So now, the subordinates themselves have to coordinate to see if the SHE-SIDE Boss has been "Extra" or not.
The fact for having a colleague having a different portfolio has an obvious reason: Each of you will do your part and if need be, to complement each other and to avoid double work. This SHE-SIDE Boss doesn't seemed to know this (and as a result, she wastes company resources by being EXTRA, that is, doing repeated work).
For example: Colleague A is responsible for a certain function and has all the data pertaining to that function. Colleague A will collate (sum up the individual figures into various categories) and pass the necessary data to a subordinate of SHE-SIDE Boss who will then do the necessary calculations and submit a report to the SHE-SIDE Boss. The SHE-SIDE Boss is supposed to check the figures in the report and approved it. But guess what, the SHE-SIDE Boss went on to do the collating (she created an excel spreadsheet and began keying in the individual figures so as to check the summed up figures given to her subordinate by Colleague A)... what the fish? This is the latest one I heard and of course, the report has not been approved yet and the SHE-SIDE Boss is still keying keying keying (the data comes stapled using those larger bullets, not the normal ones that we usually use)... I really have nothing to comment... Does she know that if she gladly open her mouth, Colleague A will pass the softcopy to her?
Why nobody bother to tell her?That's a good question... (clue: she's too famous for all these shit).
And why the company don't get rid of her... make a guess lah... which are the place which offer what we call - IRON RICE BOWL...
