Sickening e-filing of tax return


Urrggghhhh... yesterday night I personally experienced the frustration of e-filing. Now I could fully understand why so many people complained about it. Imagine going through the filing for 30mins w/o any success (kept going to the error page). The best part is I do not have any income to declare (just because I receive the pin, got to e-file lah) and the simplest possible option 1 with nothing to fill in could also lead to errors (what kind of system is this???). I am too irritated to continue any further. Picked up the phone and filed with ease within 2 minutes (should have known better).
